Adolph J. Miller 74 of Bangor, Pa. died on Saturday March 9, 2019 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, Allentown, Pa. He was the widower of Kathleen Thatcher. Born in Paterson, New Jersey he was the son of Adolph and Matilda (Kessagie) Miller.

Adolph was a resident of the Bangor area for the past 35 years and prior to that he resided in the New Jersey area. He worked as a carpenter most of his life and he was of the catholic faith. He was a marine veteran having served in the Vietnam War.

He is survived by a brother in law Robin Thatcher of Pompton Plains, New Jersey. There will be no services at this time cremation services were handled by the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th.St.Stroudsburg, Pa.

Oh Addie, finding out you have passed away a few short months ago just made my knees weak. Last time we saw one another was June 1968 when you brought me our divorce papers. Oh my, we were so young. I went looking for you today, and didn't expect to find you have passed. I'm numb, and so sad. You were my first love, my first everything. Rest in peace Addie. 😢
