Michael B. Pagan 96 of Stroudsburg, Pa. died on Friday June 28, 2019. He was the widower of Elizabeth (Pagan) Pagan who died in Nov. 2017. Born in Puerto Rico he was the son of Claude and Grace (Tores) Pagan.

Michael was a resident of the Stroudsburg area for the past 40 years and prior to that he resided in the Astoria Queens, New York area. He was employed as an engineer with the Home Insurance Company in New York for 35 years.
Michael was an Army veteran of WWII and was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Tannersville. He was a charter member of the Tannersville Senior Club, member of the Fairview seniors, director of the Monroe County Seniors Club, charter member of the retired senior volunteer Program and a member of the George Kemp American Legion Post.
Michael is survived by 2 daughters: Jeanette Pagan of Brooklyn, New York and Carol Walther and her husband Henry of Manhattan, New York and 3 grandchildren and 4 great granddaughters.
There will be a Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday July 2, 2019 at 11:00am from Our Lady of Victory Church Cherry Lane Rd. Tannersville, Pa. 18372 with Fr. Richard E. Czachor as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Marks Cemetery Appenzell, Pa. There will be no viewing.
