Gregory J. Cooper

  Gregory J. Cooper, 82, of Bushkill, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the widower of Roseann M. (Deluca) Cooper.

Gregory was residing in the Bushkill area for the past 37 years. He was employed at the United States Postal Service for many years, and he was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

 Gregory is survived by his children: Gregory M. Cooper, Darlene Cooper both of Bushkill, PA; Craig Cooper of Brick, New Jersey; Dawn Cooper of Brooklyn, New York, 9 grandchildren: Ashley, Randi, Jason, Justina, Brianna, Michael, Roseanne, Savannah and Ginelle and 2 great grandchildren: Emily and Madeline and a sister Terry Tepedino. Gregory was preceded in death by a daughter Danielle Cooper.

  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday February 27, 2026, at 11:00am at St. John’s Church 5171 Milford Rd. E. Stroudsburg, PA 18302 with Fr. Gregory Reichlen as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery Bushkill, PA 18324. The Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 23 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, PA is in charge of the arrangements.
